Central bank: National bank that provides banking and financial services for its government.
Monetary Policy: the way a central bank controls the amount of money in the economy.
Fluctuate: the irregular rise and fall of an amount.
Speculate: Buying goods and shares in the hope that their value will increase
Inflation: A general increase in prices and a fall in the relative value of money.
Basis Point: a unit of measure.
