Il vaut mieux apprendre quelques exemples par coeur, parce que c’est difficile d’établir des règles. Les prépositions employées pour l’heure, les temps, les dates sont:
on, in, at

You’re right, it’s more difficult when there are no rules. A lexical approach to learning is the only way to progress: you just have to know that we say ‘on Monday’ ‘in July’ ‘in the afternoon’ etc.
