i will first thank Mr Jonathan; i’m so grateful because his program was and still be of a great help for me .actually during my free time i often browse or watch or i usually try to have some sleep for about 1 to 2 hours since i’m busy from 9am to 6pm.

You go jogging. I believe that the word ‘natation’ does exist in English, although 99% of English speakers don’t know it.
We use ‘go’ a lot before sporting activities: ‘I go jogging, skiing, swimming (natation), walking, etc

French is easier for you, because Portuguese is a Latin (Romance) language like French. As much as 60% of English vocabulary is also of Latin/Old French origin, so don’t get discouraged!
