try saying these phrases:
That clothing
these brothers
another mother
this is smooth
the father is there
bathe them
Notice that verbs coming from nouns are voiced.
teeth (les dents) – unvoiced
to teethe (faire des dents) – voiced
bath (bain) – unvoiced
bathe (se baigner, se laver) – voiced

The best advice I’ve heard for pronouncing the ‘th’ sound in English is to start by saying ’s’ and then slowly moving your tongue towards your teeth. When your tongue touches your teeth, you should have a good ‘th’ sound.
